Heathrow to Geneva

Heathrow to Geneva
by Rajdeep Sandhu (15 Jan 2010)
SWISS International Airlines now provides six non-stop flights a day from Heathrow to Geneva.
The new direct service was launched on Sunday 10 January 2010, despite difficult weather conditions after heavy snowfall in Switzerland. The launch ceremony was attended by the UK and Ireland SWISS manager Gregor Koncilja who said: "We are absolutely delighted that SWISS has been able to launch this new service despite the current economic challenges, and that the UK market has responded to it so well."
In just the past seven weeks they have had 25,000 bookings. With this new route added SWISS is now the most frequent service between the UK and Switzerland with 33 flights a day.
The direct route makes it quicker and convenient. Previous to the new route passengers would have to either travel from London City or Manchester for a direct flight or board a flight to Zurich from Heathrow and then change.
When coming back to Heathrow from Geneva, why not book a taxi from Leading Route Cars.
